End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of GR Custom Retreats — BNB OPS (the "App"), a private business operations tool operated by GR Servicing LLC (doing business as GR Custom Retreats) and developed by NorthStacker. By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

The App is provided to authorized users of GR Custom Retreats and its business partners for internal operations only. Subject to this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to coordinate construction and renovation work performed under subcontract. The App is not offered to the general public.

2. Accounts and authorized users

Access is by invitation and requires an account created by an administrator. Crew accounts are granted access to individual properties rather than to all records. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App;
  • Interfere with the App's security or normal operation;
  • Upload photographs or documents you do not have the right to share;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. QuickBooks and third-party services

The App can connect to a QuickBooks Online company. It uses that connection to read estimates and invoices for the connected company, and to create invoice draftsfor a human to review and send. The App does not send invoices, take payments, or move money. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own terms of service, and the connection can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and content, is owned by NorthStacker and is protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Figures shown in the App, including progress percentages and amounts read from QuickBooks, are operational aids and are not a substitute for your accounting records.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR Servicing LLC and NorthStacker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for violation of this Agreement. On termination, your right to use the App ends.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
